Attached is the proposal for an Office of Independent Review (OIR) as presented by the Orange County Board of Supervisors at their February 5, 2008 meeting.

The only amendments that came out of that meeting were to add members from affected labor organizations to the ad hoc selection committee . The final version of the proposal will be presented for second reading at the February 26, 2008 board meeting.
