AOCDS Members Only FAQ
Q. I signed up for
access to the members only section of the AOCDS website and received a
confirmation e-mail containing my user name and password. When I attempt
to log on, however, the screen merely blinks, clears the name and password
from the entry boxes, and refuses to proceed to the member section. Is
something wrong with my information? Any advice?

I signed up for access to the members only section of the AOCDS website
and never received a confirmation e-mail containing my user name and
password. What happened?
A. Many times lately we've received
a password/username request with a misspelled or incorrect email
address. When we get your request we check the AOCDS database to
confirm your membership status. We then release the lock on your
username/password so you can use it. With an incorrect email
address we have no way of sending you an email confirming the
unlocking of your username/password.
If you've sent in a request for a
username/password and haven't heard from us please notify us by
email.

Q. I want
access to the Members Only web site but I don't want to receive email from
AOCDS. How do I do this?
A. You must
enter an email address to apply for the username and password. After you
have received your username/password, sign in and when you're at the
Members Only main page, go to the Update User Info button on the left
navigation bar and click it. This will take you to your Maintain Member
Record page.
Here you can change your password, email address, add email addresses or
change the EMail Option from All Mail to No Email.
