Attorney Jan Christie has represented AOCDS members since 2014. She joined the AOCDS staff in August of 2018. Jan specializes in criminal prosecution and defense as well as immigration law. She has run her own law practice in Orange County for many years. From 2007 to 2012, Jan was a trial attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. College of Law receiving her Juris Doctor degree. Her article, “Defamation: The Public Figure Plaintiff and the Media Defendant,” was published in the Iowa Law Review.
