Joe Pineda joined AOCDS in October of 2018 as an insurance benefits coordinator. His many duties include assisting members with their benefit plans, managing enrollments of new hires, rehires, promotions and retired members, and payroll analytics.

Joe has worked in the healthcare industry since 2008. Prior to being hired at AOCDS, Joe worked at CoPower Administrators in Santa Ana for two years in benefit administration and account management. He also served as a coordinator and recruiter at Advantage Solutions in Santa Ana and as a customer support agent, training facilitator and supervisor at Molina Healthcare of California in Long Beach. Joe gained some of his impressive customer service skills while working for the Walt Disney Company and Marriott International.

Joe is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to working with you on the phone, in person and through email to help you with any benefits questions you may have.
