We are incredibly proud of our off-duty deputies and D.A. investigators there to enjoy the concert, whose instincts to save lives immediately kicked in when the gunfire erupted. Many brought themselves and others to safety, then automatically returned to the killing field to save more lives. These men and women, along with all the other members of law enforcement, are true heroes.”
