Come meet the authors of “Once Upon a Time in Compton: From gangsta rap to gang wars… The murders of Tupac & Biggie… This is the story of two men at the center of it all.” Former Compton police officers, Tim Brennan and Robert Ladd, got a firsthand glimpse into a world many have only heard about through songs and television.

The National Law Enforcement Museum at the Motorola Solutions Foundation Building in Washington, D.C. – the nation’s only museum that explores nearly every facet of American law enforcement – will hold a grand opening ceremony on Thursday, October 11, and will open its doors to the public on Saturday, October 13, including a community celebration hosted by the Museum. Details for the grand opening and community celebration will be announced in summer, 2018.
