Member Advisement: AOCDS Benefits Department in Transition

AOCDS is currently undergoing a transition to a new IT system and website in order to help provide our participants with superior customer service. This system will include an online benefits system that will allow participants to view and/or make benefits changes online 24/7. Our goal is to have the new system in place before our open enrollment period in May.
In order to accommodate the incredible volume of work it will take us to transition to the new system over the next three months some of the AOCDS benefits services will be temporarily handled by our insurance broker, Brown Insurance Services (Brown). Effective Tuesday, February 17, 2015 your benefit calls may be automatically forwarded to Brown so that they may assist you with any questions, concerns or changes that you may have.
We ask that there be no walk-ins to our benefits office during this transition as we may not be able to assist you in a timely manner due to system upgrades taking place.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our participants. This temporary change will allow AOCDS staff to transition and receive proper training on the new IT system. We will notify you when the transition has been completed and the AOCDS Benefits Office will resume providing service as usual.
